This year, we launched a new pre-registration system that allows attendees to register online to obtain a badge for free access to the show floor. Fax pre-registration is also available for those who are not able to register online.
For Fax Pre-registration: Please download the “Attendee Registration Form” now and fax the completed form to the SINOCES Organizing Committee at 86-532-81978692.
Upon the completion of registration, you will be provided with an exclusive SINOCES ID number. Please take a note of this number, and present it together with your business card at our onsite Attendee Registration Area to pick up your badge.
PLEASE NOTE: Online registration system closes June 30, 2010. On-site registration is subject to an entrance fee of RMB 20.
If you are a member of one of our delegations, your registration will be completed and handled by your delegation organizer. We will provide your delegation organizer the badges of all the delegates within three business days upon receipt of the full information of each delegate.

Online
1) Please visit our website to register online. Complete and submit the information requested.
2) A confirmation e-mail with an exclusive ID number will be sent to your e-mail address.
3) Please keep your ID number; it contains your personal information and is required when picking-up your badge on-site.
4) Register before June 30, 2010.
Fax
1) Download one “Attendee Registration Form” and fax the completed form to us at (86-532-81978692).
2) A confirmation fax with an exclusive ID number will be sent to the fax number you provide.
3) Please keep your ID number; it contains your personal information and is required when picking-up your badge on-site.
4) Register before June 30, 2010.
On-site Registration
Attendees who register on-site will be charged an entrance fee of RMB 20. Complete the “Attendee Registration Form” and present two business cards to obtain your badge at the Attendee Registration Area located at the lobby of Hall 5, Qingdao International Convention Center.
2. Attendee Badge Pick-up
1) Pre-registrants (both online and by fax) can pick up badges through the Express Line at the Attendee Registration Area with your SINOCES ID number and business card.
2) Attendees with an invitation letter from the Organizing Committee are also eligible to use the Express Line service at the Attendee Registration Area with a copy of the invitation letter and your business card.
3) On-site registrants can go to any registration counter to pick up badges with the completed “2010 SINOCES Attendee Registration Form,” entrance fee and two business cards.
