a Exhibitor Badge
Exhibitors can obtain the Exhibitor Badge with the receipt of the payment for booths and one passport-sized photo of all the booth personnel at the Exhibitor Registration Office located at Hall 3, Qingdao International Convention Center. Each turnkey booth exhibitor is allowed three complimentary badges, and subject to RMB 100 for each additional badge. Exhibitors can log onto the SINOCES website beforehand for online registration, or fill out the "Exhibitor's Badge Application Form " included in the Exhibitor's Manual and then fax it to the Organizing Committee. Exhibitors must present the receipt of the space payment and one passport-sized photo to obtain their badges.

b Construction Worker Badge
Exhibitor’s contractors are required to obtain a Construction Worker Badge at the Exhibitor Registration Office by presenting an authorization letter from the exhibitor and a list of construction personal. No worker is allowed into the convention center without a valid badge. 

c VIP badge
Pick up your VIP badges as early as July 3, 2010 at the Exhibitor Registration Office located at Hall 3, Qingdao International Convention Center.

2. Vehicle Pass
Vehicle passes are available for exhibitors during booth set-up/tear down. Please make sure the pass is  placed properly inside the front window of the vehicle as it must be visible by the security officers.

a Red Pass (Executives and VIPs)
The Organizing Committee will review the list of executives and VIPs to grant passes and determine how many passes will be distributed. 

b Blue Pass (Exhibits and Transportation)
Each Exhibitor is entitled one blue vehicle pass for the duration of the show. Pick up your pass at the Exhibitor Registration Office by providing a copy of the receipt of the space payment.
