1. Exhibit booth installation must take place within the booth. Exhibitors shall not keep any tables, chairs, exhibits, or distribute any promotional materials or stick Ads in public aisles during the course of exhibition.
2. As for Custom-built Stand installation, height limit is as follows: six meters for Hall 1, six meters for Hall 2 ( hanging is prohibited), four meters for Eastward Hall, six meters for Hall 3 (red-marked area, five meters), and five meters for Hall 4.
3. Such operations as nailing, digging, scoring, sticking, painting and use of adhesive glue on exhibition board, shelf or original facilities are not allowed.
4. The standard booth and its interior facility shall not be modified, removed or used for other purposes. Exhibitors are not allowed to use chairs and desks from other booths. All modifications must be approved by the Organizing Committee.
5. The installation scheme of Custom-built Stands (including Plan View, Elevation View, Electric Distribution System and Effect Drawing) shall be submitted to Exhibition Department of the Organizing Committee prior to May 30. No construction shall be carried out without verification. No standard booth shall be modified unless the Organizing Committee Office is notified prior to May 30.
6. Exhibitors and contractors, who begin installation prior to move-in or works overtime during move-in, shall follow the relevant procedures of the On-site Service Office in advance.
7. The total floor load shall not be more than 5 tons/square meter for 2/3 of Hall 1 ( south of the hall), 1 ton/square meter for 1/3 of Hall 1 ( north of the hall, green floor, inclusion of dead weight of transportation vehicle ), and 1 ton/square meter for both Hall 2 and Hall 4.
8. Exhibits are transported into halls according to the following paths: via west of Hall 1 into Hall 1; by two cargo lifts located at the north to Hall 2 (lift load: 5 tons) or via driveway at the west to the gate of Hall 2; via Northern Unload Area into Hall 3; by three cargo lifts located at Northern Unload Area (lift load: 5 tons) to Hall 4. Escalator and passenger lift are forbidden in the exhibitor transportation.
9. In case that stand installation is completed prior to hall closure, one watchperson designed by the exhibitor or contractor shall not leave the stand until the exhibition hall is closed.
10. Exhibitors or contractors who leave the exhibition hall with exhibits or installation tools during move-in and during the show must obtain a pass card issued by Exhibition Department of the Organizing Committee.
11. Exhibitors must keep the acoustics volume of their stand under control during move-in and during the show. Volume around stands in Hall 1 and Hall 2 shall be not more than 80 decibels and Hall 3 and Hall 4 not more than 60 decibels. No high-power speakers shall be used for any kind of demonstrations. The front of speakers shall not be opposite to adjacent stands.
12. In the instance that overtime work is needed during move-in, must visit the On-site Service Center prior to 3:00 pm and follow the procedures outlined there.
