| This Shipping Guidelines will allow you to comprehend the related procedures for the logistics of exhibits. To ensure that you will attend 2008 SINOCES successfully, Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd advise you to read all of the points in these guidelines carefully and to cooperate with us fully according to the shipping guidelines. |

5-1 In order to identify each exhibit, all of the boxes should be mark clearly.
Note: exhibitor name / booth no. / total packages / small packages etc.
5-2 For the Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd. The weight of single pieces of exhibits over 1000kgs, please clearly mark on the outside of the box the “Center of Gravity”, “Top side ,Front side and Back side”, “Lifting Point”.
5-3 Fragile and Up-Right Positioned items please label or mark in the out side box “Top side, Front side and Back side”.
5-4 All Marking should conform to the international rules and regulations governing packing of signs and symbols. |

| Packing of Exhibits |
|
| |
6-1 As exhibits are repeatedly loaded and unloaded during transportation, shocking and bumping will sometimes be inevitable. Moreover, exhibits will be placed outdoors at many times, including open-air storage at the exhibition site before and after the exhibition. Therefore, exhibitors must take necessary precautions against damage and adverse weather conditions, since Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd can not assume any responsibility for the damage, especially when return exhibits are to be packed with used packing materials (for example aluminium foil, plastic covers etc, as they would have already been damaged during unpacking). The case must be strong enough to avoid damage during transportation and unpacking as well as in particular for repacking and sale or return after the exhibition. Packing in cartons is not considered suitable for repeated handling, especially for valuable or delicate items. Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd will not be responsible for the damages owing to inadequately strong packing materials when repacking, but offers the service for remaking packing materials if exhibitors inform in advance. (A surcharge will be collected)
6-2 Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd has the right not to accept the exhibits and not to offer the services to the packaged exhibits with damaged boxes unless an exhibitor permit has been written.
6-3 Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd will not be responsible for the goods inside of the boxes even if the outside packing materials are in good order. |

| For cargoes with wooden packing |
|
| |
7-1 Used wooden cases and eroded cases by pest are forbidden. Such wood will not be permitted putting into the cases.
7-2 Machines should be packed with thick plywood and fixed by screws and iron nails will not be permitted for fixing.
7-3 Chinese Quarantine Authority strictly requests that all cargoes with wooden packing, from all countries and regions, must undertake fumigation treatment.
7-4 Exempted materials include wood composite products after being heated and pressed treatment, such as plywood, particleboard and fiberboard, veneer core, saw dust, wood fiber particles and other woods and materials with a thickness equal or less than 6mm.
7-5 All import wood packaging materials should be treated by Heat Treatment(HT) or Methyl Bromide(MB) fumigation at the origin and put the Mark of IPPC (as below) on two opposite sides of the wooden packaging. The mark should contain the valid symbol approved by IPPC, country code, unique number of producer/treatment designated by the National Plant Protection Organization (NPPO) of exporting countries and treatment methods (HT, MB).
7-6 If the wood packaging materials are without the approved mark or with the approved mark stating it is harmful, the packing materials will be fumigated or the cargoes will be returned to the origin. |

8-1 For those exhibits equipment being over 1000kgs in a single piece, please complete the “Stand Layout Plans” (attached-file) showing exactly where this equipment should be placed in your booth. A surcharge will be levied for any repositioning of exhibits.
8-2 For those exhibits equipment being over 3 meters in length, 2 meters in width and 1.8meters in height in single piece, please complete the “Stand Layout Plans” (attached-file) showing exactly where this equipment should be placed in your booth. A surcharge will be levied for any repositioning of exhibits.
8-3 Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd will deliver the exhibits to the stands according to the exhibitor’s information and direction, and will assist with unpacking and repacking. Exhibitors are highly recommended that their representatives are present on-site during the move-in & move-out period to supervise positioning, unpacking and repacking of exhibits, as the on-site operations will be carried out at exhibitor’s risk. Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd will not pack and unpack the exhibits without these on-site representatives.
8-4 Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd will arrange a special on-site person to be in charge of documentation signing for the delivery of exhibits and pick up, collecting and distributing packing materials and extra service etc. The exhibitors should sign the documentation for confirmation and are requested to keep the copy of this for safekeeping.
8-5 According to the China Customs regulation, exhibitors will not be permitted to take any exhibit out of the hall once the exhibits have entered the hall during the fair without finishing clearing customs first. (The action will disobey Chinese rules of law). Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd will not be responsible for any punishment owing to this behaviour.
8-6 The boxes and packing materials should be taken out of the hall before the beginning of the fair and Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd can offer the service (for a charge) to help the exhibitor take the packing materials out of the hall and return them to you when the fair ends.
8-7 Once the fair closes, Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd. will collect, store and handle the exhibits according to your previously confirmed plan. The exhibitors can leave ahead of time after signing the documentation for confirmation. |

| For returning exhibits |
|
| |
9-1 Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd. will arrange the returning of exhibits according to the previous plan as confirmed by the exhibitors. Once these instructions have been carried out from the customs and relevant transportation parties, any changes will not be accepted.
9-2 All of the exhibits set for returning should be arranged by Air Sea Transport Co Ltd to clear customs and ensure space is available for air or sea transportation. Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd cannot be held responsible for any arising consequences.
9-3 Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd will inform the status of international transportation to exhibitors as early as possible.
9-4 It will take some time to arrange returning exhibits. Should you need to return the exhibits urgently, please let us know ahead of schedule. |

| For sold exhibits in China (including present) |
|
| |
10-1 According to the regulation of China Customs, as all the exhibits are arranged as temporarily imported goods, they will be prohibited from being sold on-site.
10-2 If exhibitors will sell or donate the exhibits to Chinese enterprises, Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd will collect the exhibits and deliver to a bonded warehouse for storage. The accepting party can pick up the goods when Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd has finished clearing customs for permanent import. The charges for duty, tax, containment and storage will be levied otherwise. |

| For exhibits distributed or consumed on-site (including abandoned goods) |
|
| |
11-1 Souvenir/Catalogue/Poster/Map/Video/CD ROM items to be distributed are subject to China Customs censorship before use in the fair. Please provide two copy samples for us and send to our office
according to the appropriate time. All these items should be declared in the Declaration Form for Temporary Import Exhibits.
11-2 If the amount of consumed and distributed materials (including all kinds of original materials for demonstrating during the fair) has not been used then exhibitors may well be levied duty and value-added tax by China Customs. In this case, exhibitors should declare the final amount of consumed exhibits to the Customs after the show and pay the relevant duty and tax.
11-3 If exhibitors want to abandon their exhibits after showing them, please declare ahead of time to Air Sea Ltd and deliver to them after the fair. Air Sea Ltd will deliver to Customs for handling. Exhibitors will not be permitted to handle such abandoned exhibits themselves. The exhibitors will undertake this surcharge. |

| For live animals/plants, food, alcohol, drink and dangerous goods |
|
| |
12-1 The procedure of clearing customs for the above-mentioned goods is long and complicated. Exhibitors should declare ahead of schedule to Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd, and we will try our best to clear customs but cannot guarantee that Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd will finish clearing customs on time. Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd also cannot assure that Customs will permit the import of these kinds of exhibits.
12-2 Carrying secretly the above mentioned goods without declaring is also forbidden. |

| Hand-carried exhibits (including express) |
|
| |
13-1 Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd. strongly suggests that exhibitors will not hand carry goods for this exhibition or deliver by express delivery.
13-2 If necessary please declare in advance the related documents for clearing customs in order not to delay the exhibition.
13-3 The procedure and service charge are the same as imported by air.
13-4 If exhibitors which hand-carry exhibits are Detained in immigration detention, but did not declare ahead of schedule to Air Sea Transport Co., Ltd. please contact Air Sea Transport Co., Ltd. the first time, Air Sea Transport Co., Ltd. will try its very best, but will not be responsible for any consequence caused by the delay.
13-5 Against 4,the entry-exit rates for the services are double of the charge for exhibit imported by air by Air Sea Transport Co., Ltd.. |

| Insurance |
|
| |
14-1 All exhibitors are requested to have their exhibits fully covered by insurance for the whole in and outbound journey, as well as during the exhibition period. A copy of the insurance policy should be brought to the fair in case of any necessary survey.
14-2 Air Sea offers the service of insuring the exhibits by collecting a surcharge.
14-3 As a logistics supplier, Air Sea will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the exhibits and exhibitors should claim to their insurance agent.
14-4 If some loss or damages occurs, please let us know in due time and Air Sea will inform Customs for handling. As the procedure is complicated, please take care of your exhibits during the fair to avoid such problems arising. |

15-1 All payment for inbound operation must be paid to Air Sea’s account before July 3th, 2008.
15-2 All payment for outbound operation must be paid to Air Sea’s account before July 3th, 2008.

16-2 Extra documentation fee $100 for the giveaway and consumed shipment
16-3 Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd offers 10 days free storage for import & export by sea. For over 10 days, the charge is USD2/day/cbm/ton; increasing 20% every 10 days.
16-4 Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd offers 7 days free storage for import & export by air. For over 7 days, the charge is USD0.2/day/kg, increasing 20% every 10 days.
16-5 Collect charges based on every exhibitor and every consignment
16-6 All the charges from not having been done according to our request or charging by logistic agent used by the exhibitor will be paid at cost.
16-7 The accounting method for air cargo base on international freight standard: 1cbm=167kgs.
16-8 Minimum 4 cbm per exhibitor per every surface consignment, whichever is greater. The minimum for 20’ container is 24 freight tons, 40’container is 48 freight tons for surface shipment, 30% service charge will be levied for special containers such as top open container, flat rack container or flat container
16-9 30% surcharge fee will be added if the cargo can not arrive in sea & air port according to the schedule. Although Air Sea Transport Co. Ltd will try our best to handle it, we have no responsibility if the delivery of the cargo is late.
16-10 Payment is required for the large equipment handling fee or extra request to hire workers.
16-11 30% surcharge will be required for special exhibits, such as dangerous cargo, freeze cargo and cargo over weight and dimension
16-12 Tax & Duty for sold exhibits.
16-13 Ocean & airfreight and overseas local charge.
16-14 Other service fees that the exhibitor asks for, which are not indicated above include, inland transportation, repositioning and making packing materials etc. |
