17-1 Port charges occur in Qingdao sea and airport when importing and exporting such as THC, charge for unloading in wharf, charge for construction in wharf, register charge, detention charge, documentation charge and governmental charge etc. We will collect the above fees accordingly.
17-2 Extra documentation fee of $100 for the giveaway and consumed shipment
17-3 We offer 10 days free storage for import & export by sea. For over 10 days, the charge is:
USD2/day/cbm/ton, increasing 20% every 10 days.
17-4 We offer 7 days free storage for import & export by air. For over 7 days the charge is USD0.2/day/kg, increasing 20% every 10 days.
17-5 Collect charges based on every exhibitor and every consignment
17-6 All the charges occurring from not being done according to what the document states or by charging a logistics agent used by an exhibitor will be paid at cost.
17-7 The accounting method for air cargo base on international freight standard: 1cbm=167kgs.
17-8 Minimum 4 cbm per exhibitor per every surface consignment, whichever is greater, and minimum for 20’ container is 24 freight tons. 40’container is 48 freight tons for surface shipment. 30% service charge will be levied for special containers such as top open containers, flat rack containers or flat containers.
17-9 30% surcharge fee will be asked if the cargo is unable to arrive at the sea or airport according to the set schedule. Although we will try our best to handle it, we have no responsibility if delivering the cargo is late.
17-10 Payment for large equipment handling fee or for extra requests to hire workers.
17-11 30% surcharge will be asked for especial exhibits, such as dangerous cargo, freeze cargo and cargo that is overweight and dimension
17-12 Tax & Duty for sold exhibits.
17-13 Ocean & airfreight and overseas local charge.
17-14 Other service fees that the exhibitor ask for which are not indicated above, such as inland transportation, repositioning and making packing materials etc.
