Remarks:
- The small luggage consignation should be publication materials only, excluding valuable articles, food, machinery exhibits, flammables, explosives and breakables.
- If the exhibitor wants QICC to collect the consignment for them, he should mark clearly on the package the company name of the exhibitor, the name of the exhibition, the booth number, and the name and mobile number of the on-site contact person.
- If the exhibitor wants QICC to collect the consignment for them, he should pay all relevant fees such as transportation fees before the consignment reaches QICC. The exhibitor should also pay such fees for forklifts, transport, consignation, etc, when obtaining the consignment.
- The consignment to be collected should be mailed to QICC, No.9 Miaoling Road, High-tech District, Qingdao.
- QICC will not be responsible for picking up the goods anywhere else.
The exhibitor who needs consignation or consignment collection services from QICC should read the above notes very carefully. Otherwise, losses incurred will be borne by the exhibitor himself. |
