- Move-out should be after 16:00 on 13th June, and exhibits should not be moved randomly without the approval of the Organizing Committee.
- The exhibitor’s stand-fitting facilities and promotion materials should removed during the move-out period. Otherwise, the move-out certificate cannot be granted, and damaged facilities should be compensated in accordance with their prices.
- The exhibitor should not sell exhibits in the exhibition hall.
- Anyone who needs to take exhibits out of the exhibition hall should obtain a written certificate signed by the Exhibition Department from the exhibitor.
- Smoking and noise are prohibited.
- The exhibitor who has difficulty with move-out concerning heavy machinery and transportation can approach the Service Department for help.
- The move-out certificate is needed to carry exhibits out. The certificate is in duplicate. The first copy should be kept by QICC, and the second held the exhibitor to move out.
- After exhibits are moved out, exhibition personnel should not stay around in the hall. Exhibits nobody claims in one day will be regarded as waste and disposed of by QICC.
