On-site Service Guide |

| An On-site Service Center will be established at the exhibition site to offer the exhibitor the following services: |
- Special decoration construction license examination and approval;
- Water and electricity application and charge submission;
- Furniture rental;
- Internet & telephone services;
- Overtime work application;
- Other services concerning move-in and move-out.

Guide to On-site Service during Stand-fitting |

- The exhibitor should fill out “Exhibition Service Reservation Application Form” before faxing it to the On-site Service Center of QICC before the opening of the show. The exhibitor who makes reservation shall be given priority in terms of the supply of water, electricity, gas, furniture, etc.
- The exhibitor who needs special decorations should pay certain managing fees to the On-site Service Center before entering into the center for stand-fitting (see appendix III for specific charging standard).
- The exhibitor should pay certain managing fees before going through power use formalities (see appendix II for specific charging standard). The voltages provided by the center are 220V/380V, 50HZ. if You have different requirements on power use, please provide for yourself transformers and transducers.
1) The exhibitor shall apply to the On-site Service Center for temporary power use if he needs. He also has to apply for a welding certificate if he needs welding.
2) The exhibitor should declare the right electricity load to the On-site Service Center and go through relevant formalities. He who fails to do so shall be charged with 200% of the factual load.
3) In accordance with the requirements of the QICC and the Organizing Committee, power supply of special decorated booths shall commence in the afternoon before opening day. He who has special requirements can apply to the On-site Service Center.
4) Generally speaking, the contractor should provide for himself power distribution box. If not, he may apply to the On-site Service Center for renting one.
- If the exhibitor needs to rent furniture, apply for water, gas, telephone and internet services, he shall go through formalities with the On-site Service Center (see Appendix I, II for specific charging standard).
- It is suggested that the exhibitor who needs water, electricity, gas, telephone and internet services should go through relevant formalities as soon as possible so that the working staff can arrange wires and pipes without affecting the neatness of the hall.
- The exhibitor who needs overtime work should go through relevant formalities with the On-site Service Center before 15: 00 pm every day.
