1.In order to identify the exhibits, all the package should be painted the special mark clearly.

Note: exhibitor name / booth no. / total packages / small packages, etc.

2.For the single piece of exhibit’s weight which is over 3000kgs, please mark clearly “Lifting Point” or “Center of Gravity” on the top, front and back of the box.

3. Fragile and Up-Right Position items, please label or mark “Fragile” and “Up-Right “ on the top, front and back of the box.

4. All Marking should conform to the International Rules and Regulations Governing packing signs and symbols.

1.As all exhibits are repeatedly load and unload during transportation, shaking/bumping will be inevitable. Moreover, exhibits could be placed outdoors many times, including open-air storage at exhibition site before and after the show. Therefore, exhibitors must take necessary precautions against damage and adverse weather conditions, since we can not assume any responsibility for the damage, especially when return exhibits are to be packed with used packing materials The package must be strong enough to avoid damage during transportation as well as unpacking, and in particular, be suitable for repack and for sale or return movement after the exhibition. Packing in cartons is not considered suitable for repeatedly handling, especially with valuable or delicate items. We will not be responsible for the damages owing to loose packing materials when repacking, but we offer the service for repacking materials if exhibitors inform in advance. (the surcharge will be collected)

2.We have right not to accept the exhibits and not offer the service to exhibits packed with damaged boxes unless exhibitor permit in written to take over the exhibits.

3.We will not be responsible for the goods inside of the boxes when the outside packing materials are in good condition.

According to the regulation of China Customs and Chinese Quarantine Authority, if the exhibits belong to the category of controlled items, please do not import into China for exhibition.

1. We will arrange the returning exhibits according to previous plan confirmed by exhibitors. Once these instructions have been carried out with Customs and relevant transportation parties, any changes will not be accepted.

2. All the returning exhibits should be arranged by Air Sea Transport Co., Ltd. include customs clearance and booking for air or sea shipment, otherwise we cannot be responsible for any consequences occurred.

3.We will inform the news of international transportation to exhibitors as early as possible.

4.It will take some time to arrange the returning exhibits. Please notice us know in advance, if the exhibits are needed urgently.

1. According to the Customs’ regulations, all the exhibits which were imported as temporary imported goods, will not be permitted to retail or present on-site.

2. After the fair, exhibits which are sold or given to domestic company, will be collected and deliver to bonded warehouse for storage by us. The accepting party can pick up the goods only when we finish clearing customs for permanent import. Duty/tax, transportation charge and storage charge will be collected separately. The service charges for handling this are the same as handling return exhibits.

1. Souvenir/Catalogue/Poster/Map/Video/CD ROM & distribute items are subject to China

Customs censorship before using in the fair. Please provide two copies/samples of each to us and send to our office according to regulated time. All these items should be declared in the Declaration Form for Temporary Import Exhibits. We will not be responsible for any result owing by exhibitors’ late delivering and also will not be responsible for failing to show or use during the fair owing to the Customs’ restricting.

2 Some exhibits (including demonstrating materials for fair) may need to pay duty and value-added tax, the exhibitors should declare the final amount of consumed exhibits to the Customs and pay the relevant duty and tax.

3.If exhibitors abandon the exhibits after showing, please declare ahead to Air Sea and deliver to Air Sea after the fair. Air Sea will deliver to the Customs for handling. Exhibitors will not be permitted to handle these abandoned exhibits by selves. The surcharge of exhibitors misbehavior will be beared by the exhibitors.

1.Exhibitors should present official original certificate and health certificate issued by local department if the goods are food, alcohol, or drink , etc.

2.The procedure of clearing customs for above goods is complicated, exhibitors must declare to us in advance, we will try our best to clear customs but can’t assure that the customs clearance timely, we also cannot assure that the Customs can permit to import this kind of exhibits.

3. Please do not carry above cargoes secretly, the Chinese Customs may hold all exhibits and delay the attendance the fair.

1. We strongly suggest, exhibitors do not hand carry any exhibits for the exhibition or deliver by express.

2. If necessary, please declare in advance, then we can prepare related docs for clearing customs, in order not to cause any delay.

3.The procedure and service charge are the same as imported by air.

4. If the hand carried goods hold by the Customs officer at the airport owing by failing to declare to us in advance, please let us know as early as possible, we can try our best to settle the problem but can’t take any responsibilities for the delay. The charges for handling import and export of this special hand carried goods will double of the quotation for handling air cargo.

1. All exhibits are requested for the fully covered insurance during the whole journey, include exhibition period. A copy of the insurance policy should bring to the fair in case of any necessary survey.

2. Air Sea offer the service for exhibits insurance, but surcharge will be collecting separately.

3. As logistic supplier, Air Sea will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the exhibits, exhibitors should claim to insurance agent.

4. If any loss or damages occur, please let us know timely and Air Sea will inform the Customs for handling. As the procedure is complicated, please take care of your exhibits during the fair to avoid such case happen. Please be kindly noted that even the exhibits been insured, the relevant tax and duty are still inevitabl

3.Advertising Material Censorship Fee: RMB 100 /Consignment

4.Storage charge for early arrival before deadlines at Qingdao Terminal:

By Sea  (10 days free storage) – exceeding free storage charge rate is RMB30/ day/ ton, the rate increases by 20% every 10 days.

By Air (7 days free storage) – RMB 30/ day / 100 kgs, the rate increases by 20% every 10 days.

5.Port charges occurred in Qingdao sea and air port when import and export such as charge for

getting D/O, air/sea terminal handling charges(THC) ,CFS , discharge fee for LCL cargo ,overtime

storage dues in seaport and airport  terminal/freight forwarder warehouse, doc charge levied by air line

company or shipping company , checking charge for officer of the Customs and Commoditiy Bureau and

other governmental charge. These will be collected in accordance with actual outlay.

6.Shipment under ATA Carnet will incur registration fee of RMB50/carnet.

7.Return of empty container to destination terminal and or arrange an empty container from Port to show site for loading of goods for return RMB 1500/20’ CONTAINER, RMB2500/40’ CONTAINER

8.Equipment & manpower for installation of machines (Quoted to be based on normal working hours)

Rate for below 1 ton capacity:   RMB 100 PER HOUR

Rate for 1-3 tons capacity:         RMB 120 PER HOUR

Rate for 3-5 tons capacity:         RMB 140 PER HOUR

Rate for 5-8 tons capacity:        RMB 160 PER HOUR

Over 8 tons – Subject to separate quotation.

Minimum charge 4 hours

Crane

Rate for below 8 tons capacity: RMB 300 PER HOUR

Rate for below 16 tons capacity:        RMB 500 PER HOUR

Rate for below 25 tons capacity:        RMB  700 PER HOUR

Rate for below 50 tons capacity:        RMB 2000 PER HOUR

Over 50 tons – Subject to separate quotation.

Minimum charge 4 hours

           On-site local labour and supervisor

           Supervisor:  RMB 50 PER HOUR

          Labor:  RMB 25 PER HOUR

*Weekends, holiday and overtime charge double.

9.30% surcharge fee will be asked if the cargo can not arrive in sea & air port according to the sechdule.Athough we will try our best to handle it , we have no responsibility if delivering the cargo to booth late

10.30% surcharge will be asked for especial exhibits ,such as dangerous cargo,frozencargo and cargo over stated weight and dimension.
