How do exhibitors pay the exhibition fee?

1. Companies who submit an application form should pay the total booth cost within fifteen days of confirming the booth.
2. Companies who lease raw space and sign a separate participation contract should pay the cost in compliance with relevant terms of payment in the contract.

How do the exhibitors obtain an invoice?

The Organizing Committee will send the invoice by express mail to the address provided by the exhibitor within ten days of receiving the final confirmation of the booth and exhibition fee. If the name of the addressee is different from that of the exhibitor, the exhibitor must inform the Organizing Committee in advance.

Is selling allowed on the exhibition site?

Sales in whatever form are prohibited on the exhibition site and will be subject to strict punishment by the Organizing Committee on. The exhibitor will be responsible for all losses incurred as a result of this punishment.

How can exhibitors rent the exhibition furniture or store the exhibits?

Application forms for various services are attached to the exhibition manual. The exhibitors can download the manual from the SINOCES website and the Organizing Committee will also send the exhibition manual to the exhibitors. The application forms completed by the exhibitor should be faxed to the designated contact as required. It is highly recommended that exhibitors apply for the services in advance according to their needs so that the Organizing Committee can make necessary arrangements in advance.

How do exhibitors get the badges for preparation, decoration and breakdown (construction permits) as well as the participation badge?
|

The badges for preparation, decoration and breakdown are valid during corresponding periods only. With such badges, exhibitors can enter and exit the hall. Exhibitors or their designated constructors must obtain badges at the exhibition ticket office on site for the above-mentioned badges with certificates of full payment (copies of the invoices) or the exhibitor’s letter of introduction.
According to provisions of the Organizing Committee, three complimentary participation badges will be available for every nine square meters of the exhibition area; RMB 100 will be charged for each extra badge. Exhibitors must provide certificates of full payment (copies of the invoices) and one-inch photos when applying for participation badges, one photo for one participation badge.
Badges will be available beginning July 3, 2010
Note: In an effort to streamline this process, exhibitors that require multiple badges may submit photos in advance. The Organizing Committee will produce the badges in advance and these exhibitors can obtain their badges directly from the exhibition badge office during preparation and decoration.

Where to store packing materials?

The Organizing Committee will provide a complimentary storage area for packing materials in each exhibition hall. However, the Organizing Committee is not responsible for the safety of these materials.

How to obtain a pass badge?
|
|
|
|
A: |
A pass badge is required for any person leaving the hall with articles so as to ensure the safety of the exhibitor’s articles. The pass badge is made in duplicate, one retained by the hall and the other for passing.
Exhibitors may obtain the pass badge from the Exhibition Department of the Organizing Committee during preparation, decoration and the exhibition.
Exhibitors may obtain the pass badge from the service center on site in each hall after the hall closes and during the exhibition breakdown period.
