Acclaimed international industrial designer Luigi Colani will participate in the 2009 China International Consumer Electronics Show (SINOCES) in July. More than 50 works designed by him, including Canon cameras, will be showcased as part of the Design Creates Future exhibition at SINOCES.  Colani, deemed the "Leonardo da Vinci of the 21st Century" by the international design field, will undertake design cooperation with Canon, Haier and other domestic and foreign enterprises in Qingdao.

The Colani exhibition will be heavily promoted and will be a highlight for SINOCES exhibitors, attendees and press. For more than 50 years, Colani has been a pioneer in the industrial design field and his insight and influence will be shared with SINOCES exhibitors and attendees. Colani has designed for dozens of well-known brands such as Ferrari, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, NASA, Canon and Sony. He is known for achieving imaginary forms through free design and his works take on exaggerated forms.
