SINOCES Attendees Get the Only Opportunity Outside the U.S. to See CES Innovations

The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA)® today announced that the International CES Best of Innovations 2009 Product Showcase will be on display at the upcoming 2009 SINOCES in Qingdao, China. Sponsored by CEA, the 2009 SINOCES, the largest consumer technology show in the Asia-Pacific region, runs July 9-12, 2009.

The Innovations Showcase is making its only appearance outside of the International CES, offering SINOCES attendees a unique opportunity to see some of the most innovative technology products in the world.  The CES Innovations Design and Engineering Awards are sponsored by CEA, owner and producer of the International CES®, the world’s largest tradeshow for consumer technology, and endorsed by Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA).

The CES Innovations 2009 Design and Engineering Awards honored outstanding product advancements in design and engineering across 34 consumer electronics product categories. The Best of Innovations designation is awarded to the products that earned the highest honors from a panel of judges, which included engineers, independent designers and journalists. These "best of the best" products will be on display at the upcoming SINOCES.

The 2009 SINOCES will feature more than 450 global exhibitors debuting their latest technologies across a range of product categories, including home entertainment, mobile solutions, software applications and in-vehicle technologies.
