At the Israeli Pavilion located at Exhibition Hall1, the world's smallest projector attracted a large number of viewers. The mobile phone-sized projector can serve as a hand-held player by being connected to digital products such as mobile phones.
"This is just one of the new products," said Michael Edmond, head of High-tech Department of Israel Export and International Cooperation Association who organized groups to participate in the show. He added that some enterprises of Israel are component suppliers to well-known brand like Sony, LG thanks to its strong technical force. However, due to international financial crisis, a number of enterprises have faced setbacks. In this context, the Association organized 15 consumer electronics components and end products enterprises to attend the show. The enterprises brought along cutting-edge technologies and products such as the world's smallest projector, video glasses in the fields of communications, IT, optoelectronics whose debut became bright spots at the show.
Apart from displaying Israel's technological innovations, the delegation aimed to learn and seek partners. Michael said that many international consumer electronics companies like Haier and Hisense attended the show, by which Israel's enterprises could learn the advanced technologies and experiences from Chinese businesses and seek more Chinese partners, and in return help China’s enterprises enter international market.
"With the help of the Organizing Committee of the show, each Israel's company has carried out business negotiations with over ten China’s enterprises," said Michael, over the past two days, all exhibitors were very satisfied, "I believe that when we leave, each company will find at least one right partner," Michael added.
