- Media invited: Please register from July 8 th to 9th and get your Journalist certificate of 2008SINOCES. (Please present your invitation letter by the Organizing Committee, Journalist certificate, Staff Journalist and a 1 inch recent photo with you when making registration.)
- Other media: Please get your Journalist certificate of 2008SINOCES at the official On-site Registration Hall. (Please present your Journalist certificate, Staff Journalist and a 1 inch recent photo with you when making registration.)

| Main Venues for Media Activities |

- Press Room: The organizing committee will set up a press room equipped with computers and Internet facilities as well as refreshment at southwest of No. 2 Exhibition Hall of the QICC. .
- VIP Interview Room: The organizing committee will set up a VIP Interview Room at the VIP Zone of QICC for governmental officials’ meetings and high-level executives’ interviews. Various media should submit interview calendar before July 7 th 2008 so that the organizing committee can arrange the use of the room.
