Delegation Group Registration |
 |
|
- The registration forms of delegates should be gathered by the delegation-group organizer and sent to the organizing committee of 2008 SINOCES before May 20th, 2008.
- The organizing committee will supply pass certificates for free for the delegation group within three working days after we get written confirmation from the delegation-group organizer.
- The organizing committee will offer free meeting rooms for the delegation group to conduct conferences or meetings. The application form for this should be sent to us before May 20th, 2008.
- The organizing committee will provide free information on travel agencies, hotel reservations and industry visits in Qingdao and also give appropriate assistance. The delegation group should make confirmation of the room reservations four weeks before the opening of 2008 SINOCES.

Delegation Group Services |
|
|
- The organizing committee will release trade and purchase information of each delegation group to the exhibitors and attendees of SINOCES for free.
- The delegates can enter the delegation-group meeting room for free with their delegation-group cards to enjoy services such as refreshments and Internet access etc.
- Each delegation group can obtain some related trade data of Chinese enterprises.
- Each delegation group can obtain for free information and also materials about 2008 SINOCES, such as the process of preparatory work, latest news, Exhibition Daily and guidelines etc.
- Delegates can also enjoy a free bus service from designated hotels to the Qingdao International Convention Center during the time of the exhibition.
- The leader of each delegation group who organizes over 50 people (15 for government delegates) to attend 2008 SINOCES will given free hotel lodging in Qingdao for the duration of the exhibition.
- Invitation Letter for 2008 SINOCES.
